Assalamoalaikum, I watched the logical reasoning workshop and during the yt session for cause and effect questions the option which says both are independent causes is always supposed to be eliminated. I attempted the FLP from manzil book and checked my answers. the above mentioned option, one you said is never correct was selected as the right one. I dont understand why its the correct option. I selected D.

It is to obvious that both statements are irrelevant so the independent cause is the best option
