Sir I tried a lott approximately I spent 3 hours in solving it but according to the concept of limiting reactant in this equation that we will compare which value I can't understand anything 😞😞 can u solve that ?? Plzzzzzzzzzz 🥺🥺🥺🥺

Got it. the bot is doing it wrong, it is not a limiting reactant question, it is a percentage yield question.

First find the theoritical yield, that is the moles you get when no heat is lost and everthing is perfect. you do this by comparing equation moles of Al and Cu. they are in 2:3. So calulate the moles of Al first by dividing 5.4g to 27, which will give you 0.2 . Now by using ratio method find x, that is the moles of Cu. We can find it by 3 multiply by 0.2 and then divide the answer by 2. You will get the Theoritical yield. Now to get the the actual yield just simply divide 15.36 by 64, you will get 0.24. Now to find percentage yield apply the formula of percentage yield. PY= A/T multiply by 100. 0.24/0.30 multiply by 100===80%.

Tysmmmmmm ☺️

But how... it's obvious that CuCl2 is the limiting reactant so we'll use the moles of the one which is limiting... Why use Al moles?

it was very easy, try the questions like this from A levels

In these types of Questions first think what are the things i need to calculate the answer and then break the calculation into steps, like stairs, then you will reach the Top.

But You will need a Calculator for this question, otherwise it will take a long time and a very high chance that you will end up getting the wrong answer. So dont worry, I dont think this will come in MDCAT. If it does do it after you finish the exam, at the end.
