Non- regulatory enzyme woh hotay hain jin k pass ik hi tarah ka substrate hota hai or un ki speed yani rate of reaction constant rehta hai. Or yeh lock and key model k according work karta hai q k is mai bhi substrate specific hota hai or active site k ilawa koi or site nahi hoti is k pass yani no allosteric site.
