NH₃ shows more non-ideal behavior because it is polar and has stronger intermolecular forces (including hydrogen bonding), whereas CO₂ is non-polar and has comparatively weaker intermolecular forces. So, NH₃ deviates more from ideal-gas behavior than CO₂.
