When momentum is same then ration of kinetic energy k.E1/k.E2 =m2/m1 and when speed is same then ratio will be m1/m2

Sir explained that for two bodies with equal momentums , their ratio of kinetic energies is equal to inverse of ratio of their masses i.e K.E 1/K.E 2= m2/m1. So D is right answer
