Affected wo hota hai jis ko disease 100% ho and carrier wo hota hai jis kei pas genotype mai aik recessive gene ho but wo phenotypically normal ho For example in hemophilia male can never be carrier male is always affected if it has recessive gene...but if female has one dominat and one recessive it is basically carrier (means it has gene but not express bcz of presence of dominant gene)
