The clocks show a time gap of 4 hours between london and dubai ... From london a flight starts at 10 and the flight duration given is 7 hours ... Thus add 7 in 10 we get 17 ..its the time in london .. for dubai time add 4 hours and we get 21:00 which on clock is equivalent to 9:00 and that's the answer
